“If You were asked to define love, what would you describe it as?”

Here is my answer:

Love is passion for another person, the feeling that you never want to let them go, and hope they feel the same way. The feeling that tells you that if they left you would cry, and if they died, you’d die along with them. It’s a feeling that says that you want to be with them all the time, that they never annoy you because they act like themselves around you.

It’s a trust that forms between two people, that not one person can break.

Love is music, playing in your heart, a song that you cannot quite describe, and cannot explain unless the person has been there before.

It’s a connection with the person you care for, that you sometimes know what the other is thinking, knowing what the other feels and trying to help them with their life. The want to make their life better. Love is the thing that keeps you driving on every day, just so you can talk to that special someone. And if you cannot talk to them that day, you never loose hope, you keep walking on the road of life until you talk to them again.

Love is the flitting sensation you get when you see the one you care for the most, love is the music playing in your heart, it’s the thing that keeps you optimistic when the world isn’t on your side. Love is the wings that the one you care for gives you. Love is the feeling that makes you want to sing, love is the feeling that you get when the rain comes to wash all of your troubles away.

And I know I am way over the amount of words to put into a dictionary, but it is so much more than a four letter word.
